Project description

A comprehensive CRM system developed for a large domestic cleaning franchise which operates in the UK, Australia, Norway and Ireland. The system is created to automate the working process among all the participants of the company, to facilitate the communication between users of the system – in general, to make the working process digital.

This software streamlines communication and document flow between administrators, managers, franchisees, signatories, clients, cleaners. This corporate-level software allows to control all the users as well as generate comprehensive statistics, making reports on clients, cleaners, franchises. Such features as scheduling, assignment of tasks, multiple levels of administrators, data analysis and statistics collection are implemented.

TFY CRM system has also 4 separate iPad applications for each country. These applications are integrated with the CRM and help clients, cleaners and franchisee to sign contracts.

Developing this CRM system the team worked also on some third-party services integration, namely Zapier, Mailjet and Gmail.
